Personal Health Dashboard is a personal demonstration for its owner. With your Oura authorization, it can request access to sleep, heart rate, activity, readiness, oxygen saturation, workouts, tags, sessions, and profile information and display those categories. The Oura authorization page lets you review the requested permissions.

The dashboard and callback are password protected over HTTPS. Oura access and refresh tokens are stored on the server in a restricted file to retain the connection across application restarts. Retrieved health data is held in server memory for display and is not written to an application data file. The application stores its OAuth application credentials in a restricted server configuration file. The application does not send your Oura data to an AI model. Requests to Oura are subject to Oura’s own policies.
